Meet the Team: Robin

We would like to introduce you to our newest team member, Robin who is our Business Manager and Treamtment Coordinator.  She joined us in March and has been a tremendous asset to the McCombs & Marquez office.  Here is a little bit more about her in her own words:

“Originally from California, I moved to Winchester, Virginia ten years ago with my husband, two children and two dogs. What an interesting road trip that was! I have been in the dental field for a long time, over twenty years, and enjoy working with Dr. Marquez and the rest of the staff. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs and taking road trips. I am an avid quilter, reader and sudoku player and I am also attending Lord Fairfax Community College to complete a degree in Business.“

McCombs Orthodontics Introduces Its Tween Consultant

Maddy McCombs, Tween Consultant

Not every orthodontist has an advisor or consultant. I am lucky enough to have one. I call her  my Tween Consultant since she is twelve years old. Her name is Maddy Mccombs and she is my Granddaughter. Yes, I have her in braces. She lives in Denver with her Mom, Dad, brother Jack and her dog Lilly.  We communicate over the internet and she keeps me informed about what kids her age are up to — hobbies, sports, television programs, movies, activities, friends,music, etc.   I ask her about what kids her age talk about.   That gives me information about what my patients are interested in so its easier to talk to them.   Thanks Maddy!
